One of my favorite elements of summer is the right to wear clothes that are as comfortable as sweatpants but way cuter. It’s awfully gray here in DC, but the minute it’s not, I will be throwing one of these on. Bonus: girls with big boobies can wear a bra. Unlikely bonus: girls with small boobies will get some cleavage from the way Ella Moss cuts. Score 1 everybody’s team! I love a tie.
